NATA Presidents Council Member Spotlight Continued from page 15 DAN GALLOGLY Vice President, Sales and Business Development (EPIC Fuels) Dan Gallogly has 29 years of sales and market- ing experience in both the aviation and petroleum industries. He spent several years as the Aviation Manager for a large oil distrib- utor, where he initiated and developed a branded wholesale aviation fuels program. In his role as Aviation Manager, Dan marketed the Texaco Brand in the Midwest and Northeast regions of the U.S. He joined BP Amoco in early 2001 as the General Aviation Market Manager for the U.S. Northeast and Great Lakes Region. Upon completion of the joint venture between Air BP and Valley Gull LLC, Dan was reassigned as the Northeast Regional Sales Manager for EPIC Aviation, LLC, d.b.a. Air BP Aviation Services. During his tenure at EPIC, Dan has held various management positions in both general and commercial aviation. He was involved in the develop- ment of EPIC’s government fuels program and entry into the Canadian GA Market. In April 2007, Dan was promoted to General Manager of GA Sales, East U.S. and Canada. In January 2012, Dan became Director of GA Sales, U.S. and Canada. In February 2016, Dan began his current position as Vice President, Sales and Business Development. Dan holds a BA in Government/Economics and earned his MBA in May 2002. A licensed pilot, Dan remains active in the aviation community. He served on the Board of Directors for the Aviation Council of Pennsylvania for 20 years and held various officer posi- tions on the Board, including President of the Council from 2005-2007. He currently serves on the Presidents Council for the National Air Transportation Association (NATA). He and his wife, Lori, reside in Pittsburgh, PA with their two children Morgan and Andrew. “NATA has been, and continues to be, the leading voice for General and Business Aviation. I am honored to serve on NATA’s Presidents Council and humbled to work shoulder-to-shoulder with some of the industry’s most respected leaders.” JIM HOPKINS Senior Vice President, Airport Relations (Signature Flight Support) Mr. Hopkins has 32 years of administrative, financial and operational experience in the aviation industry, with Signature Flight Support and its predecessor companies. During his tenure, he has held various roles from flying aircraft, to overseeing the fixed base operation (FBO) network, MRO and Aircraft Management & Charter operations. His role at Signature Flight Support is Senior Vice President, Airport Relations. Jim is respon- sible for Signature’s relationships with the airports it serves in North America and opening new opportuni- ties for both the airport and the airport’s community. He has participated in many successful airport FBO acquisitions and Request for Proposal responses. Jim is a graduate of Virginia Tech, with a major in management science.
